Peradesign offers a *Complimentary Shipping* (For orders $999 and up) within U.S. Complimentary Shipping is only for Ground via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Curbside Delivery for large items such as sofa, bed, dresser.

Peradesign charges $99 for curbside delivery for orders below $999

Peradesign also offers a White Glove Delivery Service - $299 - of large furniture items such as sofa, bed, dresser within Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, RI, CT, MA, MD)

Peradesign does not offer "Wall Mount" service however we can refer licensed handymen within Northeast.

All IN STOCK orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days. Some items have a longer dispatch time as noted on the product page. The transit time for your order to arrive at your home depends on where you live.

peradesign.com does not ship out any merchandise to OFAC countries

There's a separate charge for Wall Panel Freight(Wall Panels are not eligible for curbside delivery)

Order Receiving:

Please be sure to sign the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the delivery receipt, take as many pictures as you can and contact us within 24 hours of your delivery.

A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.

If you have requested assembly service, please instruct the delivery agent to leave the original packaging. You are responsible for retaining the original packaging for returns. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.

$200 For any Bed Set up

$500 For any Wardrobe Set up

- The flat rate for white glove delivery ($299) applies to all zips in NJ & NY only.
